Passenger Manifests

All passenger manifests should be sent no later than 24 hours prior to
departure to LONAECR or via email to pnl@angloeuropean.com

Special Meals

Special meal requests should be sent no later than 48 hours prior to
departure to LONAECR or via email to ssr@angloeuropean.com

Wheelchair Assistance

Requests for wheelchair or airport assistance should be sent 72 hours prior to

Excess and / or Oversize Baggage

For excess baggage (golf clubs / surf boards etc.) please contact

Claims for lost or damaged baggage

Please submit a copy of your PIR (Property Irregularity Report) within 21
days of the date of travel to pir@angloeuropean.com

Please note: Anglo European does not accept claims for lost baggage without a PIR and does not accept any liability in the event of industrial action.
